please check the connection with ECU and power supply.
And also try to uninstall the software and install it again.
If all is ok and still same error, please try a new KESS sd card.

A:Please use our device and software only. if you use other software with this device or use other device with our software, it may cause this problem.
Please uninstall and delete software.
Paste the software to computer C:\ then run it.
